Laptops with lots of ram and small ssd’s, then your computer crash and windows dumps the ram to your hard drive. To prevent those hungry files to take up your precious ssd space, you can disable it. This should work since Win XP to Win 8.
– Open My Computer, right click computer and select properties.
– Select Advanced System Properties.
– Click the Settings button for Startup and Recovery.
– Select None or Small memory dump, under Write debugging information.
Voila, it’s disabled.
Happy debugging!
